There is NO amount of diet or exercise will help until you lose the things that keep you heavy (Self-loathing, hatred, judgment, anger, guilt, and resentment. Fear – the detrimental ego thrives in blame and pity).
Without going into the Science behind this, it is simple logic.. What we internally/mentally digest and believe reflects in our body (inward/outward). This is a truth. Remember, a healthy facade isn’t a skinny one and true beauty goes far deeper than topical.
You cannot expect to change the exterior unless you are willing to surrender and to do the inner work. Take care of yourself. Put some effort into reducing a heavy heart. No matter what the scale says, in happiness, one size truly fits all.
